75% of turnover in the first season following relegation, instead of 60% for everyone else. As opposed to over 100% wich is usual in the Championship. And our turnover is approximately halved. |  |

Think this summer is more about making what we have work as well as we possibly can, plus plugging a few noticeable gaps (e.g. Norwood as a striker). The emphasis was always going to be on preventing too many key departures, rather than wholesale hirings. | |
