I was thinking this last week given the £1m bid for Bart, reported bid in for Lowe from Portsmouth (£2.5m), then I was reminded they received (reportedly) £8m from selling George Saville to Middlesbrough in January. |  |

I would’ve thought they would be in the market for someone a little more proven at Championship level, especially if they’re getting their cheque book out for £3m. Perhaps worth a punt at a fraction of that, but I would be astonished if Millwall paid that. Bristol City on the other hand is more feasible, especially if Webster moves on for the sort of fee that’s been suggested. | |
