Is this about us? If so, he’s right. In the main we’ve put up decent showings and the performances have been ok for 3/4 of the time. But we lack the quality, so relatively simple mistakes at the back and in the final third costs us badly.
We’re poor, no doubt about it. But some of the passages of play have been better than for years. We’ve dominated whole halves like we haven’t for ages. But if you’re a car crash at the back and toothless up front you ain’t going anywhere. |  |

Certainly agree that that is the case since PL took over.
Earlier in the season in games at Hull,at home to Bolton and at home to QPR under Hurst and at Millwall in between Hurst and PL we could be described as playing desperately badly and we were completely outclassed for half of the game at home to Brentford and large chunks of the Mbro game at home.
We have not played badly at all in the six games under PL. |  | | |

Consistently having indivual fck ups isn’t us playing bad, it’s those certain players being poor.
