This has always caused me troubles due to the colour and the Norfolk connections. I love mustard and tried lots of alternatives to colmans but they were all rubbish. I now happy that I can openly buy colmans but whatbisbit acceptable to have mustard with?
I have it with breakfast on bacon, sausages or eggs and my colleagues think this is odd. What are your thoughts? |  |

Mustard is superb.
Nothing wrong with having it on eggs, sausages & bacon.
Next time you do an omelette add a few dollops of mustard. I personal favourite is ham, mushrooms, red onion, mustard & Parmesan cheese. [Post edited 4 May 2018 14:51]

Not sure they're strictly a breakfast item but lets face it, when most people eat sugary cereals or pop tarts etc the bar isn't high. | |

Use Dijon in the mash instead of wholegrain, and olive oil instead of butter. It sounds poncy but trust me. | |
