I sort of agree - but only as much that I don’t think he is right in the head.

I don't think he should be confused. If you're going to go out like that he should expect that women won't be able to restrain themselves from submitting to their baser urges. If he doesn't want to get hit with a baseball bat he shouldn't be going out in a way that says 'hit me with a baseball bat'.
