5 points clear of scum already after 2 matches.
ruthless blues yesterday = 2 shots on target, 2 goals. Sunderland have just done the same to the budgies, after only 29% of possession. Results are everything.
MM in! - he's so very effective as he keeps defence tidy, spoils opposition game every week, and nicks results like this with our direct play on the break. Just look at how far the scum's attractive football takes them this season in comparison!

With Huddersfield at top of Premier League, it looks like it could be the season of clubs like ours with a history of past wins. Huddersfield had couple of old fans yesterday who were alive when they won their 3 league titles and FA cup all those years ago. We've got quite a few pensioner fans who fondly remember watching Town's whole 1961 league title season.
This could be our year, keep the faith. premier league next..... we could be the next Burnley, or Huddersfield, of the 2018-19 premier league season... (Burnley won the title in 1959-60 so again so similar to us) When we get the money from the premier league, we won't look back. We've had enough of this permanent feel of championship football and we're going up up up!

Just had a quick look at the odds and it's fair to say the bookies disagree. We've started well, let's see where we are after a dozen games or so.

I know that was then, but it could be again..

The bookies are neutral. As a market progresses their odds are set by what people bet on not what they think will happen. All their odds show is that we're extremely unfashionable at the moment. It was the same with Huddersfield last season. It took a long time for the odds on them going up to shorten because people just didn't believe they'd do it.

Truly impaired.

Completely agree. Delighted by the two wins, but on another day we'd have lost yesterday. Stunning performance from the top man - Bart - yet again.

That's not necessarily true

An odds compiler is tasked with.. well compiling the odds at the start.

A couple of seasons back, one of the bookies said the highest number of bets they had received as well as monetary value was on a team winning the league. They were 3rd favourites. Have a vague thought that it was man united
