Very funny to me that we had 98 points last season and only just snuck in automatics towards the end.

Now this season, we've got the most Championship points ever after 20 games except...Leicester, who are ahead of us, also breaking the record this season.

I know it's not technically the Championship but Fulham had 51 after 20 games in 00/01 apparently

Leicester 2023-24 49 points
Portsmouth 2002-03 48 points
Fulham 2000-01 49 points
Newcastle 1992-93 49 points
