Worth mentioning, & perhaps take some inspiration from, how bloody well they’re currently doing.

Only a few months ago they were just as sh1t as us.

Was thinking the same when I was watching the highlights on Quest earlier.

They’ve done brilliantly and goes to show what a run of wins can do!

Exactly what we need now.

Here’s hoping!

Blackburn (a)
Villa (a)
Sheff Wed (h)
Norwich (a)
Derby (h)
Stoke (h)

Some tough games in the next 6..... anything can happen.

No one has been as sh1t as us this season which is why we have such a mountain to climb

We are going to need playoff form to stay up

Let's hope Lambert can work the kind of magic he managed with the Budgies because boy do we need it!

Alcohol is the answer but I can't remember the question!

Very surprising. Never thought that much of Adkins but seems I'm wrong!

And see before them Preston.

There was nothing between us and Norwich on 2 September too.

This has always been a league in which anybody can beat anybody. We have proven that not to be the case for the first half of this season. Now is the time to prove it true after all. Collins will make a massive difference if we can keep him fit. Add in Judge or someone similar and hopefully Huws, get the new players fit and working together and we have hope once again.

We're unlikely to beat any of those sides though.

It's time to make the best of it.

Hull are one win away from securing championship status with 19 games to go

Six wins and a few draws and we’d also be safe.

Having said that - we do have some issues to resolve in terms of team set-up and tempo for a full 90mins. Second half yesterday was not good; albeit I think Rotherham knew how important it was.... and most teams would have struggled.

They and, to a lesser extent, Millwall show what can be done by putting together a decent run of results.

Who knows? Keep building upon what we got yesterday, maintain a few clean sheets, let Keane and Quaner get settled in the team, see where we go from there.

Anybody can beat anybody.

Typical that the most likely win looks like Sheff Wed and that will be Steve Bruce’s first game I’m charge.

Only if 42 points is enough which it often isn't.

I would like to see us get 45 as a minimum (although I would happily see us stay up with less than 40 if there were 3 other teams who managed to fall below that).

Really? None of them are in great form. Villa and Wednesday got hammered by sides pretty much as bad as us yesterday. Norwich are wobbling and form goes out of the window in a derby game. Blackburn are meh, as are Stoke really. I see a lot of opportunity in that run of games if we can bed the new players in quickly.

People are saying we can't do much in the next 6 games, time will tell, but it's now a case of having to there is no more time to play with, out of the three away games some where some how we need a minimum of 4 PTS,our team needs to gel very quickly 2/3 games to keep us in there, with a lot of luck hopefully going in to the last 2/3 it will be in our destiny, anyone who think we will be anywhere near safe before that, may be a tad deluded,

I made it that we needed 30 points from 21 games (which is 3 groups of 10 from 7). We got 3 from the last 2. That leaves 7 from the next 5 to be on track for that. We really should have beaten Millwall and that would mean we were looking for 4 from the next 5 instead. Can we get 7 points from Blackburn, Villa and Norwich away along with Sheffield Wednesday and Derby at home? Time will tell. We certainly need to get some form away from home now.

When it's worded like that it looks better, I agree the away form some how needs to yield for me 11-14 PTS from somewhere, Home form I'm sure will keep picking up enough points fingers crossed
