Should TWTD open the chatroom during significant matches to stop people spamming on 22:02 - Apr 22 with 516 views | Swansea_Blue | Handy tip. You don’t need to open each thread. If it’s the 10th thread on the same thing in 5 minutes with 0 replies, you might not get much of a discussion going.

Should TWTD open the chatroom during significant matches to stop people spamming on 00:15 - Apr 23 with 373 views | Facefacts | Chatroom has a strange status on TWTD. It's less confrontational and more of a faff to use than posting your own hot take, so the hot take posters probably never visit the Chatroom. Got an old fashioned name. Maybe needs an upgrade and rebranding. I checked the Burnley forum for our matches with them last season and there was just one thread which all kept to.
Should TWTD open the chatroom during significant matches to stop people spamming on 07:13 - Apr 23 with 253 views | NeedhamChris | You'll get downvoted for it, and I know it's a controversial take on here. But for me the absence of match threads. Look at the Leicester forum as an example. There's a Championship, Other Games and also individual match threads. It's a much easier to follow format that also serves as a good way to look back. It is a bit of a messy free for all on here during any significant match with people treating new posts as if it's a chatroom.

My point is that then you get a load of threads and no real discourse and the experience is worse. Maybe the chatroom doesn't need to b e open, but having one match thread would work much better.
