It’s been a weekend of bottle jobs. We’re in good company at least.
I saw the 2nd half of the Arsenal Villa game and Villa were superb. Didn’t create masses (neither did Arsenal either), but narrowly missed a worldy that came back of bar and post and then stuck it in when it mattered. A fully deserved win from what I saw.
Oh, and a quick edit to add that Arsenal still have some of the most fair weather fans in the PL by the looks of it. The place emptied with 10 mins + 9 stoppage left. It’s a pain to escape from and the tube is easily overloaded, but try making some noise and supporting your team FFS! 😂 [Post edited 14 Apr 19:29]
