Went into Manchester this weekend, thought I'd pop into Moss Bros and it was no longer there.
Guess it's a sign of the times, retail units change hands all the time and I rarely buy stuff that's not online; but I do wonder how shops will change over time. Suits are one of the few things I'd not buy without trying on, but I reckon I'll have to order online in a few years unless my budget goes up significantly!
Anyone know where I can buy a suit? on 08:49 - Mar 26 by WeWereZombies
I've bought my last two suits from charity shops, a low risk option if you are just looking for something with a bit of attitude and not for office work. One was a sort of light coloured quite heavy wool and I even got a compliment when I combined the trousers with a different top under the jacket. The other was quite a muted tartan, or maybe a plaid, Next (which like M&S I wouldn't usually look at because they seem to think that men are box shaped) and I wear it surprisingly often, the type of thing that will bear an open necked shirt or even a T-shirt under the jacket.

Got a lovely Harris Tweed one back in the day to finish of my hippy punk horse drawn look!
