I can sign up to this. But "sign a number 9 (or two)" is absolutely key. Whether Jackson has taken a knock or not. As soon as we sign a new number 9 we can start to forget about how stupid it was to let the old one go immediately after losing two other strikers without a replacement, and then suffering literally the club's worst result in the hiatus before signing a new one. | | | |
