Plenty of Positives... 16:57 - Jan 27 with 733 views | LA_Tractor_Boy | We're not in League One We don't support Sheff Weds, Derby, Charlton or Reading We're having an amazing season (despite the result today) We have a brilliant manager (despite the result today) We have brilliant owners who work within FFP limits Norwich, assuming they don't sneak into the play-offs and fluke promotion, are going nowhere without their parachute payments COYB!

In a perverse way, it's great to see. I'd rather we not be on the end of it but this is absolutely what football is about.

The interviews with their goalkeeper and manager were brilliant. I hope Elokobi gets a chance at a league club when the time is right. Don’t think the keeper would look out of place either!

This is how I feel too. As a Town fan I'm a little embarrassed. Not of the club or the players. Just the result in front of a huge audience. However, as a football fan it's an incredible result. The FA cup is much derided, but rarely in world football do you see results like today. Rounds 1 to 5 are generally exciting before it snoozes off into boresville with the inevitable two prem teams sleepwalking through the final. Don't get me wrong. Today smarts, but the football fan in me wishes Maidstone well and I hope they get the draw they want.

"The FA cup is much derided, but rarely in world football do you see results like today." I think the two are becoming increasingly linked. The FA Cup is becoming derided because teams constantly treat it as a distraction or unimportant. Town made ten changes today. Would we have been at the end of an embarrassing upset if he hadn't?

I watched the 5 minute highlight reel on the BBC. It's almost unfathomable how we lost that game today. It wasn't a dissimilar starting 11 against Wolves and that went ok. I didn't look at that team today and think we'd have any trouble getting past Maidstone today. A little hurt and embarrassed after the game? Of course. But I've walked away from Portman Road feeling a lot worse.

Plenty of Positives... on 18:48 - Jan 27 with 410 views | GeoffSentence | Bit of a bwgger but we don't have a replay, no more cup distractions and Nodge are still the only Premier League club knocked out of the FA Cup by non-league opposition.
