I think it’s fair to say Al-Hamadi was probably not the number one target and we’ve had to go down our list to find a purchasable striker. Someone on the Wimbledon forum said this shows we’ve accepted not going up this year through this signing (if it comes off). Let’s hope he lights up the division, as he has a lot of traits which match our approach in the market. | |

Because he wasn’t at the top of the list obviously. I guess that Stansfield was that man.
He is clearly on the list and looks like will be one of two coming in this week, along with Gallagher.
He will probably be one used from the bench rather than starting initially, but appears to be happy to chase which frankly Ladapo couldn’t.
He’s also pretty prolific, albeit at a lower level, but as others have pointed out, there are good players to be found in League 2 | | | |
