I am sad and find it interesting. They were doing it at Preston for the players coming off at HT. The physio times it as they do it. I couldn’t tell if it was set the allowed rest time or a pace they had to keep to.

I wonder if it’s because they are short games today? Subs have to go through a pretty intensive post-match programme to keep activity volumes up (simulate the playing time missed). Could be similar?
