Im struggling to cope with the pressure now!.. im enjoying watching us play great football for the first time in ages but i dont know how im going to make it to the end of the season. I just cant wait for the next game to come around, im so nervous about going to the game tomorrow, excited also but i think if given the choice of waking up tomorrow and it being 8th may , or 7th may in the evening i would be quite tempted!. I think the extended break has made it feel like time is really dragging between fixtures. The bad news is that this will only get worse the closer we get to the end. Each tick of the clock seeming to take longer than the last.
I feel really positive though. Had my first genuine wobble after the 0-0 at Bristol, but now it feels like our squad is really in sync. Tomorrow is massive, but then so is the next one and the next one etc. Just about holding our nerve at this point! COYB |  |

As I've got older, I get far more stressed about our results and other games that affect us than I ever used to.
It's actually easier being at the game than listening to the away games on the radio or watching it on ifollow. I've started resorting to going for a walk for the last 10 minutes of the game and not listening rather than putting my heart function at risk! In any case, I want to still be around when we are eventually promoted!
I'm sure I didn't feel like that when I was younger -and i was going to all the league and Cup games home and away in the 70's! |  | | |

I’m sorry you feel like that. We are all on an exciting journey which personally I want to relish every single second of. I don’t want another season like the last three seasons where we’ve had nothing to play for at the end. Not sure if you were around in 2000, but the semis v. Boltoff were a huge communal event on here, dial-up was still a thing for me, some people were there & able to feed back latest scores & happenings to those who weren't. but it was all very bitty, intermittent & snail-paced compared with now.
Second leg esp., posts were full of screeching "latest, latest", "I don't believe it" etc - nobody not there actually knew exactly was happening till it was pretty much over & then the place exploded, I'm amazed the TWTD server survived! | |

It was and where I worked had good, for the time, internet connection. It was a great couple of weeks from play off to final, and then the euphoria after.
