Received £66 in October and November but nothing else. No payments yet towards heating oil. Has anybody else had recent payments?

Must be a British Gas thing.

I'm with British Gas and have had £66 in October & November plus £67 in December & January. The payment usually arrives in the last week of the month, so hopefully another one next week.

Just checked and it shows on the bank account but not the British Gas payment history.

Ive had £66 in October and November and £67 in December and January from Scottish Power at the end of each month after my direct debit was taken. Sounds like you need to contact your supplier and ask why you have only had two payments,

If you have oil ie not mains gas, you should get £200 this month too. They will probably add it as credit to your electricity not give you the cash. You may have to call them for a refund.

I know that was then, but it could be again..

Yes, meant to be getting paid in February which is why I was looking. Their account page is total pants!

British Gas are a bunch of useless counts

Dumped on them September, still unable to access my bills (statement). Managed to speak to some idiot - unlisted number and all he seemed to do wassneeze down the phone. The other hald took the phone and told me we had been issued with something. We haven't.

The chatline thing is next to useless, as it keeps sneezing and ir just goes round in circles. Stated they would send me printed copies before Xmas, told me they would issue something.

I stated simply. I cannot access my statements online, Could you please fix this '

She replied by sneezing a few times then stating they would. Three weeks later, still can't access anything beyond a line stating what I owe. Over £300 at the last count, which should wake them up a bit

DD cancelled, and will remain so until they sort things out

Weirdly, my £66 has sometimes been applied as a credit to the bill, but other times as a payment into my account. Not sure why that is!

You've had the £200 alternative fuel payment from Bulb? Did you have to actually call them to get it, or did it happen automatically?

I'm with Bulb for electricity, and I've heard nothing at all from them about the AF payment.

We had the £200 payment paid directly into our bulb account. Didn’t realise there was such a thing until the email to tell us.
Would have preferred it to have gone into the bank account as we’re mainly using the wood burner for heating and could have used it to procure more logs to keep us going until spring.
Still, can’t complain really as we now apparently have just shy of £700 in the bulb account.

We have no village green, or a shop. It's very, very quiet. I can walk to the pub.
