Apologies if this has been discussed since Saturday.
It seems churlish to complain about anything happening at PR given the vast improvement under the new regime and I understand that the tannoy system is a work in progress but the volume levels in the top tier of the Magnus Stand were ear splittingly loud on Saturday.
I have spoken to fellow fans and relatives aged 7 to 70 and we all agree we felt uncomfortable with the music and announcements.
I do feel guilty complaining about anything regarding ITFC atm but hopefully the volume levels can be tweaked before the next home game. Please. |  | | |  |

It's worth pinging them an email at the usual enquiries address. I dropped them a line about the big screen (unreadable during the match) and got a good response confirming that they're looking to make some changes.
If people aren't telling them about these things, chances are they may not know. | |

Seems more constructive feedback rather than a criticism to me. Definitely email the club and voice your concerns. They’ve stated that it will take a while to adjust the sound levels and get them correct so I’m sure they’ll appreciate the feedback and be able to make changes prior to the next game. You certainly won’t be the only one giving them feedback if it was that loud! | | | |

Fair and constructive criticism. Was the same in the Cobbold Upper - an improvement on clarity but deafening at times. I have sent an email of a similar tone to let them know, can't see any harm and it's not a moan as you've acknowledged it is a work on progress. | |

OP: it’s not about “ complaining” to the Club about the loud speaker system of Electronic screen, but more one of giving “ feedback” . Companies are always asking for feedback… rate us etc etc . So all Town fans have to do is provide feedback.
It’s how you say things more that what you say. Eg give some positive feedback *after* you’ve given the negative . Always finish on a positive .

My thoughts too. A very strange survey that seems to try and force you into choosing from (sometimes) a number of wholly irrelevant options.
I'm all for the club reaching out to gauge opinion, but would rather they sought organic points of view rather than providing a narrow choice of what to think. | |

It was absolutely fine in SAR Upper, halfway back, right of centre. Any lower and I wouldn't be able to hear it.

The catering questions should have started with whether you used it. If the answer was 'I didn't purchase anything' then jump to the next part of the survey. Instead you had answer the catering questions first and in my case answered as if I had used it :-( | | | |
