Pet Peevs pt 34326 12:40 - Aug 27 with 1197 views | hype313 | When you ask the wife to buy some bin liners and she gets the cheap ones from Home Bargains which is akin to paper mache. You then take said bin out and everything falls on the floor. I could kill on that.

Yep, but this one was sneaky as it only had a few light items at first, which gave it a chance to settle in, once more durable things went in it had bedding itself in, which in turn gives you a false sense of security. The past 20 minutes have been spent scooping up all and sundry to then finish off by mopping the floor. Obviously it was all my fault according to the wife, as I didn't try taking it out gently enough, didn't realise it was a menstruating teenager.

I feel your pain. I live in a second floor flat so emptying the bin requires a fair amount of stair use to dispose of my refuse. The replenishment of a bin liner should be a rewarding chore and you shouldn't be worrying if it can withstand one or two pieces of cellophane wrapping and discarded egg shell before giving out on you.

Sarf Laaandon innit, although equally as annoying.

Just one place that produces them, they're all strong, they come in small, medium and large size so you can get a roll for any type of bin and you don't any problems with ripping or bin juice dripping through.

Guilty, it's all but disappeared in nearly two decades away. Unless I get drunk with Snr. Although the Mrs kept mocking me for putting it on when we went back!

Same should also apply to screws. 10 standard sizes to cover all needs. Was at my local hardware store the other day and the range of different sized screws and nails is insane. Let’s tidy that s5it up.

Pet Peevs pt 34326 on 16:11 - Aug 27 with 797 views | DebsyAngel | Oh no - we have got ones from Home Bargains as well as Aldi and the Co-op had sold out. Not looking forward to emptying that!
Pet Peevs pt 34326 on 16:45 - Aug 27 with 777 views | mutters | It's an absolute false economy buying them. The only way they are vaguely usable is if you double bag them, which then means it costs the same to take the bin out as it would buying the thicker ones in the first place.
