Hopes for next season 08:16 - Apr 28 with 3442 viewsITFC_Jenx

Promotion (obviously)
A game at PR with more than 25,000 people in attendance.
A Cup game against a big team after actually winning some cup games.
An ITFC player to make it onto Team of the Week/Season on FIFA 22.
A development announced that modernises Portman Road.
A striker who scores 15 goals
A signing this summer that makes us go: 'How have we managed that?'

Too much to ask for next season?

At least one corner that beats the first man...

And some sort of feel good factor returning, sense of expectation, pride etc.

“ At least one corner that beats the first man..”

We had one Saturday. Beat the first man, the last man and almost the touchiline the other side

I love the OPs list, love it to happen.

BUT, I really do think Cook just needs to have a short term, immediate aim, to try and galvanise what players he has now (3/4/5 should be first team next season), and just as you say SCORE a goal. Then aim to win a game.

No good is going to come from finishing this season winless and goaless.

Walton, Clarke-Harris, Brannagan, & Garbutt.

Also, I've just looked at a couple of free transfers, Daniel Sturridge, Diego Costa and Ezequiel Garay might fancy the yank revolution...

What do you like best pyrotechnics and banners or football?

Those who understand football understand that football isn't about football at all.

I didnt realise supporters cared about reserve teams playing each other and attempting to lose cup games. A cup game against a 'big team' is just an insult to the memories.

I'd settle for being a credible football team again. I'm not sure people outside of Ipswich and the surrounding area realise just how much of a joke Ipswich have become. After that promotion would be a bonus - I could live without anything else on your list.

Can we just lose the 'Nil' nickname we seem to have been given everytime the results are broadcast.

Don't believe a word I say. I'm only kidding. Or am I?
