It's very likely that she is in breach of her contract but this definitely doesn't reflect well on the orgnaisation. [Post edited 6 May 2020 21:44]

The law offers pitifully few protections for NHS workers whistle-blowng, let alone those working in private concerns.

Obviously more facts may emerge, but as an MP who donates half of her MP's salary to charitable causes and has volunteered as a carer during this crisis, she doesn't seem like the type to make things up.

She said they had had no deaths because of Covid-19 thanks for a "full supply of PPE" She added" Nadia joined us as a casual worker to help our care team and we welcomed her contribution, providing support on eight care shifts during March and April. Its not NHS though its a charitable trust. Still shocking. The following is from the article so guess they are trying to protect their future income stream!!! “At Lark Hill, we have over three months’ supply of Personal Protective Equipment, including over 25,000 pairs of gloves, 7,700 aprons and nearly 6,000 masks; we have access to further equipment should we need it. "Reports that we have a PPE shortage are inaccurate and have caused concern amongst our residents; we have had to invest a significant amount of staff time reassuring our residents as a result. "This has occurred during a critical period when all of our resources have to be focused on protecting our resident’s safety and welfare.”
