When teams in the same division are paying over £100m for players it isn't that much.
Its really not. Its just we are so off the pace now it looks like it is. Teams in the Premiership spend hundreds of millions. Evans shops in pound land.

More to the point...did they come straight back up when in division three? A few years of looking upwards can have a galvanising effect - especailly on intolerant fans
