Roquefort on 10:32 - Jun 24 with 2167 views | caught-in-limbo | Roquefort is indeed the King of Cheese. TOP TIP: If you're ever entertaining cheese fans at short notice and have run out of Roquefort, get a thin slice of Stilton, lay it in the sun for a while. Then, splash a bit of the water you sometimes get floating on the top of a greek yogurt over the cheese. Serve with a glass of Sauternes and you might just get away with it. Surely cabrales is superior.?
Roquefort on 11:04 - Jun 24 with 2100 views | IpswichKnight | Depends on your preference. Suffolk Blue beats the ass out of Roquefort, if you like something harder and stronger then Little Lincoln Imp is ver good. If you want something a bit milder then Suffolk gold is the correct choice.

In the middle ages you'd be burnt at the stake for thinking that. Sadly someone invented tolerant lefties and nowadays the worst you can expect is to be blackballed from right thinking institutions.

I had some Yarg from the cheese shop in Cambridge, very nice too. Also bought some Cambridgeshire Blue which was excellent and a bit like a creamier but tangy Stilton. It could become dangerously addictive.
