Isn't he in a similar situation to Burley when he took over midway through 94/95? Took him a long time to turn things around, including some humiliations along the way, but was definitely worth sticking with him in the long-run. |  | | |

Agree completely. PL can be at the start of something here and build from the foundation upwards, it could potentially be a very exciting project. I really like his ethos where all the sides at the club play in the same manner, so the transition for the players - from team to team - is easy. That’s going to take time and is not something that can occur overnight. | |

Crazy idea but that's what I think.
