Mick rightfully chastised for playing negative football and hoof football, players out of position and players not quite up to it in many peoples eyes and we look incredibly poor. Now young players given a chance, good loan players and players in the right positions and we look a side again. Has Mick finally seen the light? I was one of those who wanted him gone. As things stand now I think I'm wrong as especially how well he has in the past, and is now, getting us defensively sound again. Over to the owner now. With investment and the young players getting more experience we could be a serious contender in this league again. |  | | |  |

The thing is, no matter how bad we appear, Mick gets us out of the hole. When he took over he had 6-1 and 5-0 (or something like that - at Palace and Leicester) away defeats in quick succession and we thought he wasn't going to manage it.
We had another complete nightmare in January but he's steadied the ship to an extent. Some 'outers' may be starting to think he should stay but does he want to, knowing we'll be attacking him again when we hit a bad patch? |  |

Also he seems to be relenting in his team selections. His hand has been forced in some cases, but it was what some of us were calling out for earlier in the season. The loanees particularly in midfield have made a huge impact on our style of play, got to say these have been inspired signings. Even with Skuse or Douglas having no involvement in the starting XI. Perhaps MM was right too about Knudsen the left side of a defensive 3 is his favoured position, allows Kenlock to establish himself at left back. If we finish the season like this I'd give MM next season too, it's looking far rosier than 5 weeks ago! | |

Town should have a no losn player policy IMO, yes we may have to pay a bit more upfront but we won't have to do it every year like we do now. | |

In hindsight, we desperately needed Diagouraga and Huws so we did a deal to get them here. The Williams loan is the one which really gets on my nerves; panic signing late in the window to try and placate the fans even though he was crocked. | |

I think Pitman can go. I'd give Chambers a new contract especially how he has played since the forest business. The fact he thought he was going and the level of performance he has put in has shown me that he deserves to be shown he is wanted by the club. | |
