I think the like of Derby and Shef Wed or teams coming down etc and co will probably be shelling out 6-7million for him now. Rules us out. If we could get him for £3-4 million do it! Think his wages would rule it out alone unfortunately. |  |

I don't disagree, however I think if there's x amount in the pot which would get Lawrence it would probably get 2/3/4 players instead which is probably what would happen | |

Based on what?
Certainly not standard inflation, possibly football inflation but in reality it's always been out of our budget except for 1 season in the Premier league.
We just need to be realistic, Lawrence is superb but we just are unlikely to be able to afford him - we are signing someone from Forest Green (hopefully a hidden gem), not paying 5m to Leicester.
