It's weird isn't it? It isn't really 14 years though, we didn't play them for 4 seasons so we'll aggregate it down to 10 :) |

this! Great explanation and when you think about it, so right |

Toubian seems a good lad, probably one of the better and less annoying vloggers. I like the analysis rather than the typical "OH MY GOD" shouty reactions like other bloggers I've seen in my time. |

Underrated and unappreciated player, his work rate and attitude typifies ITFC right now |

Would rather sing about us tbh but this is my tiny hill and I'll put up a damn good fight :) |

1. Clubs needlessly changing their kits. 2. 1st names on the back of shirts instead of surnames. 3. Commentators mispronouncing names when it's obvious it's not said that way. |

Let people, professional sports people included, show their support however they wish, to whatever cause, however they want. I can see both sides of the argument. I've also tried being the best ally I could to several different campaigns and either get labelled a tokenistic virtue signaller or get told I'm not doing enough. Shame really. |

Think it's only a matter of time before Axel starts over Woolfy tbh, he makes me nervous |
| Forum Thread | A conversation with a Nodge fan at 08:38 10 Dec 2023
So on Friday me and the current Mrs Bono went out out in LDN town to take in a show. Got the train/bus replacement/train back to Suffolk yesterday. Don't usually wear colours when not at football but I wore one of my old-skool scarves on the train. Train pulls into Colchester en-route for Nodge and a Budgie gets on, complete with tracksuit, hat, scarf, Norwich club shop carrier bag full of Carling. I thought "Here we go" and our eyes meet, he gives me a nod and walks up the aisle. 2 minutes later, he comes back and sits across the aisle from us. We had a very candid chat about how the 2 clubs are doing right now. They are bricking it about next week. He sits in the "snake pit" which I gave him a bi of stick about lol as it sounds naff. He said they have no idea what team Wagner puts out on match days, it's all so unpredictable as is the system they'll play. They now accept that they're years behind us and are now where we were under McCarthy and Evans type era - no money, everything on the cheap and free signing/journeyman players with no building for the future. Doesn't think they'll go down but equally although they hate all the noise around ITFC right now they kinda want themselves to go the same way. I departed the train and wish him better luck yesterday then next weekend. [Post edited 10 Dec 2023 10:37]

You-re right, they were nominated but the final "Team GB' team would have been a mix fall the home nations, according to various articles. Shame really as it would have been another tournament for fans to watch |

Should any of the home nations have made it to the next stage of the Nations League it would have meant a "Team GB' would have been entered at the Olympics as the individual country (ENG/SCO/WAL/NIR) don't compete. |
