| Forum Reply | January transfer window = improving the squad or improving the first eleven? at 15:41 24 Dec 2023
If we're hoping on being in the premier league next season then we could do with recruiting players proven from there next month. Not easy to do of course, but would make next summer slightly less difficult. A centre half is the big need. I'm a fan of Hirst but we need someone else to be able to play there. This might mean losing one or two favourites from last season and before but needs must. |

Why by concerned about what they think? |

Hi all There's an event for Oz/TLA at the Forum, Norwich, this Monday. https://www.facebook.com/events/1230979223705655/ You are warmly invited to join us for a celebration of the life and work of our dear friend Oz Osborne. Oz worked with many people from across the UK on community projects pioneered by himself or his business, or in collaboration with other organisations or individuals. This celebration event will allows us all to see the breadth of his work, and who he has worked with over the years. We hope the event will inspire us all to continue his values through his legacy, and through our own work and daily lives. The event will showcase a wide variety of his projects and work. We hope you can join us to celebrate his life and achievements. After the public event there will be a private event for Oz’s family, friends and colleagues. Pizza, one of Oz’s favourite foods, will be provided but please be prepared to contribute to the bill. Public Event: 12-4 Private Event 6-9 [Post edited 13 Sep 2018 21:20]

I'm so sorry to hear this. Oz is a legend, a friend to many and someone whose kindness and understanding has meant so much to so many. I hope to see him at Margos for a catch up soon. |

| Forum Reply | Marcus Evans to be exposed at 11:09 2 Apr 2018
With each departure, fans talk of then focusing on Evans, but it never gains any momentum. That's despite him being the continuous factor in the last 11 years. He's the one who can change it. Whether we appoint Pep Guardiola or Zippy, we have to focus on him to develop the club. |

Absolutely not. Love him or hate him, he's said he's leaving. Even if we won every game, we'd not make the playoffs. Giving him further abuse will not help anyone. |
| Forum Reply | Can anyone really be surprised by that? at 21:13 21 Jan 2017
Totally agree. Mick hasn't done the best of jobs but most would struggle with such an owner. The Murphy replacement farce is typical of him. |

He's been offered less than he's already on. It's a terrible way to treat a player, let alone your captain. If ME wanted this club to develop, he'd have allowed money for such contracts |

Thank you for a top post. For me, yesterday is what it's all about. Your support was vital to that. Regardless of what happens next, I'll be looking out for yours results and may take in a match (and not just the replay). |
| Forum Reply | I'm seeing comments of 'cracking cup tie' at 08:35 8 Jan 2017
No two ways about it, we were awful, but it made for a great game. It may be clichéd to say, but it was a cracker of a cup tie. The passion of the away support was great and it is what football is all about. |
