Clearly Rhodes has ability, but definitely lacks that vital acceleration over the first five yards. He might, despite that, do a very useful job next season - if he is prepared to move down to League 1. |

Lovely article and great comments. All I would add is that he kicked the ball out of the ground more than any other player, mostly over the Cobbold Stand. "If you're not sure kick it out" was definitely his belief. |

Yes, this breaking the net is genuine. A former work colleague of mine was in goal for Harwich and Parkeston in a pre-season friendly against ITFC. He had to face a Ted Phillips penalty. He swears he didn't see it, and yes, it did break the net. No placing the penalty with Ted! Whack. |
