Has anyone had trouble getting a reply from these people when contacting by e-mail. I have just sent a 3rd e-mail about a direct debit that was taken out of my bank when I had been assured that no more money would be taken. Yes, I should have cancelled the direct debit and will probably be able to get it back from my bank. However I do think iFollow should reply to my e-mails. |
