not my first choice. we all knew that P.J. had to go but, in all honesty, can we trust Evans and Clegg to appoint the right man?? there were quite clearly problems signing players, due to the finances at the club, this won't change! i'm so sorry to feel negative when we should be looking forward to a new era but, i feel the real problems at Town are still very much with us. i live in hope! Badly need the points, think we'll take the lead only to escape with a point tho'. what a complete mess we are nowadays! hate to say it but, with M.E. it's all about money, he knows P,J is not up to it but doesn't want to pay him off. we could lose every game between now and the end of the season 0-5 and he'll still be here 'till his contract runs out.

would be a decent signing i think, but lets face it, if he was that convinced he would have signed by now. clearly hoping for a better deal elsewhere. Not at all convinced by the whole Evans-Clegg-Jewell combo, early prediction from me.....another mediocre season finishing 15-20th. Piease prove me wrong Town!!! COYB!!

So sad to see another 'up and coming' leave us.......but it's a hell of a lot of money for as yet unproven potential to turn down. i think it will be a real show of intention by the club if PJ is given all of the money to invest...........but will he??? and of course as stated on here before, every Town targets price will rocket! reasonably happy with the signings thus far......but would like to see more 'young and hungrys'!! still looking forward to the season, all the best Connor, COYB!!!!!
