Ref point 4 I have often thought about that.

I guess Football Industry is very fluid and having a key part in a promotion campaign cant do you any harm in terms of future prospects.

This current Ipswich team is all about camaraderie more than pure ability. I am not sure that is replicated at every club.

We will lose 3-2 at Coventry in another "Classic".

We will coast to a 4-0 home win versus Huddersfield.

Leeds will be drawing going into 90+8 and will find the winner sending us into the play offs versus West Brom.

Against an open Boro side yes but failed against Sunderland and Blackburn.

So Leeds and Leicester have dropped points whilst we have but it us that will end up ruing the missed opportunities and not them. Is that what parachute payments get you. A defeatist attitude amongst your rivals fan base.?

It's horrible isn't it. I go from us winning promotion with the last kick on the last day to watching is in the play offs and smiling wryly as chance after chance goes begging at Portman Road as the Scum defend their 1-0 first leg lead. Torturous!
