Keane: I Deserved Sack at Town
at 17:35:25

His main problem was that he thought every player should be of the standard of his fellow Man Utd players.
Had no idea how to build a team to a system that our previous successful and current manager have and are doing.
Ipswich at that time were never going to be able to buy success and probably never will be able to.

McKenna: We're Working Hard to Add to the Squad
at 18:17:14

As has been explained numerous times, NOBODY comes into the club that McKenna doesn't feel is right or he doesn't want.
He draws up a list, the recruitment team do due diligence and once a player is deemed right for the club, not just short term, but long term, then negotiations begin.
Yes, sometimes first targets don't get signed for various reasons, but it still ends up with the right player for McKenna and right player for the club.

Life's a Pitch TV - Episode Two - Cole Skuse
at 13:51:05

Bradleyblue89 you have obviously not met Terry Butcher, you could never meet a more kinder and less arrogant person who plays down his achievements.
Banter is all part of the football culture and he accepts everything he is given back in good faith.
I'm sure the same can be said of all other players to represent ITFC.

Ashton: There'll Be at Least Two or Three More Coming In
at 21:12:26

It was the collapse of ITV Digital and the splashing of cash on foreign players that put us into administration.
The purchase of the foreign players also destroyed the team spirit that took us to 5th in the Premier league.
We also have to be careful with balancing the current squad spirit with upping the quality of the current squad.

Pigott Set For Permanent Orient Switch
at 11:03:43

People saying "Waste of money" and "Worst signing", sometimes things don't work out and joined us during the 'Land of confusion'.
His father dying obviously didn't help the poor lad at a crucial time, when he needed to be at his best.
Didn't fit McKenna's plans, but I feel there is a player in there, just not where we are and hopefully going.
Good luck to him.

Ashton: New Pitch is On Track
at 13:26:37

Any one know if the current owners are aware of supporters ashes being either spread on the pitch or dug in?

Of course we require a new pitch, but it needs to be done respectfully some how.

McKenna: Morsy Apology Was Important

Boss man nothing deserves calling Morsy a CU#T!!
We are all disappointed with recent results, but nothing can condone that!

Blues Visit Bristol Rovers at Start of Run Against Teams in Bottom Half

It will be all about the attitude from the kick-off.
Must be on the front foot pushing forward with quick incisive passing.
Win the game in the first half.

Moore: Chance to Go 3-0 Up Was Turning Point
at 19:24:59

Looked like we were going to fold and may well have done if Smith had made it 0 - 3.
Credit to everyone coming back the way we did.
Why do we never look like scoring a penalty, outcome may have been different.

Celina Set to Join Stoke
at 09:48:15

Hopefully with the signing of Broadhead we won't rue the decision to sign Celina.
He was a bit hot and cold when he last played for us, but I do feel we have missed his direct running and the ability to open up a defence with a splitting pass.

Ipswich Town 4-0 Morecambe - Match Report
at 22:54:33

Waiting for all the fickle supporters to turn up.
Morecambe were sluggish to begin with, but we wanted this one so badly.
My only question would be "Why haven't we had this attitude more often?"
Clarke and Broadhead have added quality to their positions.
Chaplin had another brilliant game and Ladapo had one of his better games, but against weak opposition.
We may still fade away like Plymouth did last year, but people need to realise this is still a massive rebuilding from the wake of Marcus Evan's era, it may take another season to be as strong as the current Sheff Wed and Plymouth sides.

Penney's Motherwell Loan Ends
at 20:09:50

Penny had some awful games for us, that may have been because the side at the time was struggling.
But allowing him to go on loan, I would say McKenna doesn't rate him.
Not a player for me I'm afraid.

Town Seven Points Off Top Ahead of Lincoln Trip
at 19:44:35

All we can do is attempt to do the best we can, if it isn't good enough to be in the top 2 because the other teams won more games then credit to them.

We have still come along way and it may not happen this season for us.
Sure, the effort has been there, but some of our players have never been fighting top 2 before and I wonder if they can handle it.

I'm not a happy clapper, I not only want promotion, but to be Champions!
But after an 11th place finish last season, we still have some improving to do to turns draws into wins.
McKenna said we need to improve for the 2nd half of the season, so hopefully they have their transfer targets in sight and get the squad to push on.

McKenna: I Think We'll Definitely Need to Improve
at 10:29:15

Again, wise words from the boss.
If we don't make promotion, people have to remember how far we have come in a short space of time.
How do you think both Plymouth and Sheff Wed fans felt at the end of last season.
It takes time to build from the depths of despair we were under Evans ownership.

McKenna: Edwards Fine Despite Controversial Red Card
at 13:30:58

TractorBeezer
From the tv pictures it looked something like "I'll have a word in the dressing room"..

I'm sure whatever McKenna said to the ref that it was with his usual calmness as he knew the decision wouldn't be changed.
How refreshing to not see a manager ranting and raving on the touchline despite it being such a bad decision.
It doesn't mean McKenna lacks any passion, just a proper way to do it.
Sir Bobby never lacked passion, but you never saw him ranting and raving on the touchline.

Walton: Frustrating, But Just One of Those Games
at 20:58:58

Would have been more interested on Walton's thoughts about the goals for once he didn't dominate the ball in his area.
I really rate Walton, but for once, he was no where near the ball at any point.
This was a type of goal when you want your keeper to sort out the danger.
