Butcher Steps Down as Supporters Club President
at 22:29:58

I seldom comment on here, however, this guy was an absolute giant for this club all the best Terry one of the most honest and courageous players I've ever seen. I hope to see you around PR for many years to come.

ITSC Serbia: Town's International Reputation is Being Diminished
at 18:02:16

Top marks to our Serbian friends. The silence is deafening from the supporters club closer to home. When are they going to speak up about the dire state of our club under the stewardship of ME......or are they too deep in his pocket to see the wood for the trees. Over to you Liz Edwards et al time to demonstrate your love for the club and put out a statement that aligns with the vast majority of supporters you claim to represent

Owner Evans Issues Statement
at 20:39:10

I seldom comment on here but this missive from our owner cannot pass without some form of answer about the absolute malaise the club is in. I currently remain a ST holder and pay by DD. I remember after the aborted return of fans a statement being made that the club would look at how to recompense supporters, this has subsequently been forgotten. ME is very fortunate that we - as fans - have no unified body to speak up for us. It is easy to ignore individuals on here bemoaning the mess the club is in. The ‘official' supporters club is ineffective and not fit for purpose. They do not represent me or my opinion. Until we act collectively he will not listen, this club isn't stagnating - that was 3 or 4 years ago. I defy any ITFC supporter to put a positive slant on where we find ourselves. It is not good enough and hasn't been for years, this guy is a charlatan and before anybody asks where we'd be without him ask yourself where we're going with him.

Evans Disappointed to See Season End Early, Compensation for Final Five Home Games to Be Addressed
at 09:39:25

I seldom post but having read the above was angered enough to put my addled thoughts in writing. I've followed ITFC for over 50 years now, seen them play at over 100 grounds, rejoiced in our successes etc. I hate to say it but I think I've now had enough, the statement about ST refunds that meet the supporters and the club's needs did it for me. All you do is offer a full refund or 100% offset against 6 games next season ( I include Bury game). What other business - that couldn't provide a service - would not do this. Whilst in isolation a relatively minor point, I've watched this man destroy our club on and off the pitch. He was never our saviour, we were purchased as a business opportunity that has backfired. We - as he says - will be waiting a few weeks before letters are sent to supporters about the proposals, why wasn't this considered prior to today. It's a binary decision.refund or offset, I suppose a few more weeks interest on the money won't hurt the club !!! I hate to say it - I include myself in this - ITFC supporters are too soft, remember SBR's zombie comment, whilst said partly in jest has more than a grain of truth in it. For those of you content to plough money into a diminishing product and an uninterested owner I wish you luck. With the heaviest of hearts I cannot do it anymore.

Options Not Taken on Keane, Roberts and Rowe But Deals Could Still Be Offered
at 14:24:28

Regardless of what you think of these 3, leaves us incredibly light for forward cover. Norwood and Jackson now our only recognised senior forwards, hate to say it but how far have we fallen. dobra, I suspect, will feature more regularly, but forward options are absolute bare bones atm. I watch a lot of ITFC u23 and youth football and there isn't an answer there yet, possibly Simpson in time. Maybe Folami and Morris can step up but it's a big ask.

Evans: Focus Should Be on How We Finish the Season
at 11:52:28

I think this is pure economics for ME. Given our large season ticket base it would be cheaper to buy all the testing kits and offer live streaming to ST holders than it would be to refund ST holders for the games that would be lost. I'd imagine similar is true for Sunderland and Pompey.

O'Neill: I Can't See Football Returning in Front of Crowds for a Long Time
at 17:26:05

I can't really see how you can play behind closed doors to self isolation is over. As Hoppy says as well as players being in close proximity, not only on the pitch, also in dressing room. This would include medical staff, off field staff, massage etc. Although no fans you'd still need a medical presence for serious injury. Nationwide that would take quite a toll on medical services. Football isn't an essential service and I'd rather have all of them on the frontline. Additionally, officials move around the country, how many people could a referee infect for example.
