Well done to itfc, this is a great idea. Our son is a Town fan and Autistic. He would much rather wear ITFC ear defenders than the boring black ones he has.

Lambert: Wait and See What Happens at the End of the Season
at 21:14:37

What I read into this, is that he feels that because of the results Evans may get shot of him. He clearly wants to stay and Evans needs to clarify that PL will be here next season and that it's next seasons results that he will be judged on. With the number of injuries and low quality players he has had to work with, it would have taken one hell of a miracle to stay up this season. However, we have ended up where we are following years of miss management higher up.

Murphy Signs New Deal
at 20:09:12

I really cannot understand why some are being so negative. It's great that DM has signed a new contract. Yes he is probably going to be paid more and yes it is possible he will not score as many goals as in the 2014/15 season. But to be honest there is no way we would be able to compete against what would be offered by Prem Clubs, but he chose to stay loyal (YES LOYAL) to ITFC.

So please you negative so called ITFC supporters please either support the Club or bugger off. COYB's

McCarthy Won't Talk to Headhunters
at 17:23:21

Speculation unsettling for Town. If Big Mick would just say he is not interested, that would be that. But he will not say that so in fact it is not the papers that are unsettling Town it is Big Mick. Also the Club are not even doing anything about it either. Come out and say one way or another so that we all know whether we are looking for a new Manager or if everything is staying as is.

I agree with a lot of the posts, make an early correct decision. We travel over 120 miles each way and don't want to be getting to the ground to find out the game is off......

Holloway Now McCarthy's Main Rival

Holloway for me all the way. Whoever it is going to be I will support them all the way in their efforts to get us up the table to safety, but we need whoever it is in by tomorrow to get things moving.

Jewell Hugely Disappointed
at 21:05:29

@FordhamBlue - It has rearly been value for money since it went from standing to all seated and especially the last few years. We are all frustrated and we all look forward to hopefully the day comes when the good times come back and hopefully they will. There is venting frustration and then you get some of the morons that just have to have a go for the hell of it. Boo'ing the team at home games just help push morale down for the players. This make life harder for the manager lift them.

I care for the club and I am far from happy with the way things are and I don't find the need to make comments like some of the one's that are seen on this site.

I will continue to purchase my season ticket what ever league we are in and continue to make the 240 mile round trip hopefully to each and every home game for as long as I can. If we did go down, I can't see a lot of so called supporters doing the same.

WE all want what's best for the club and hopefully we will get it.

Stop being a prat @depressed. What will happen will happen at the club. If Evans was able to bring in a new Manager I think he would and I stand by what I have already said in my post.

Having supported the club since 1968 and missing the game today is one of very few that I have, I believe in giving full support at all times. Evans is the only person that will make the decision on PJ and he will make the decision when he sees fit. Until then I will continue to support the team and the Manager.

It is the defence and hopefully we can get 3 or 4 players in and get rid of a couple.

@h32 - I may not have been at the game but I have a season ticket but was unable to get to the game.

@TimmyH - I agree he knew but PJ has to go through Clegg to get things sorted in the Transfer and as I have said, I don't know what Clegg does (apart from delaying everything until it's too late). today's result might just make them go out and get the targets PJ wants or get a new manager in to sort things.

at 19:51:04

I was not able to get to the game today, some might say I was lucky. But no matter what, I wish I was there today to see for myself what went on.

Anyway, I cannot believe what I am reading today. Evans fault? if it was not for Evans we would not have had a Club to support. Jewell is taking responsibility for what happened today even though as far as I am concerned it's the players. They must have gone out there thinking this will be 3 points in the bag and got stung. It is the players that are letting the Club and Supporters down, although having said that, we had more shots on target and off target than NF.

As far as I am concerned it has always been the defence that has let us down, this season, last season and the season before that. Sort out the defence and the rest will fall into place. Don't take it out on Evans, cos if he walks the Club will be gone.

With regard to the Manager, Who would you have and be sensible about it. There is no one of quality out there who we could either afford or who would want to come here to do the job .

Still trying to work out what Clegg does, so I will not go there.

So as I have said, it's down to the players and to a degree some of the supporters who no matter what just get on the Backs of the players, Manager, etc from the moment they turn up at the club. To those supporters, GET A LIFE.

Now lets get on with supporting our team and let the people in power deal with the issue.

Clegg: Jewell Still Has Owner\'s Backing
at 13:35:32

I have never heard such a load of total S**T. and I am not talking about Clegg. I am talking about the total morons that are posting on this site. If you are a true ITFC fan, this is the time to get behind the team and the Manager to try and help us get back up the table. The more you hit against the team and the Manager the worse it will get. You look at the scum. They went down and the supporters get behind them and filled the ground and look at them now. Our so called fans always hit the self distruct button at the sign of any problems and also walk away from the club. I have supported ITFC since 1968 through think and thin and will always do so and I have to make a 240 mile round trip to see home games. So stop being so pathetic and get behind the team. COYB

Jewell Apologises for Worst Defeat in Management
at 22:06:31

As much as I wanted to turn the TV over, I watched the whole game. Embarrassing was not the word for it. We have all been saying for some time now that we need to get defenders in. Yes there was offside goals but we would still have lost the game even taking those away. Four league games in and we have 3 points and are conceding too many goals. We have no defence and do not use the strikers.

OK, it's still early days, but I hope we get this sorted out sooner rather than later or we will be fighting at the wrong end of the table again.

Please play better and get 3 points next week, I want my 240 mile round trip for the home game to be worth it. When we play at home like we did today it makes it a very long and totally miserable day. Sort it out PJ

Ellington Delighted to Be Reunited With Jewell
at 22:00:54

Having had a look through all of the comments I cannot believe that some of them are from ITFC Supporters. It seems that no matter what the Club do they are not happy. I bet that some of the moaners don't even go to PR to watch the football. Things have not been that good but we are coming up to a new season and getting new players in, so give everyone at the Club a chance to show what they can do.

I feel sure that the moaners do not know the meaning of the word 'Supporter'. It is not a question of having a season ticket for 20 years +. You have to make an effort as well and get behind your team.

I've been a supporter of the Blues for over 40 years and a season ticket holder for at least 25 years and no matter how bad it gets I still get behind the team. It's about time some of you did. COYB

IMO I think we have three good signings with more on the way.

Katemoss please take a happy pill. If JB comes to us on loan, fantastic, if he doesn't no probs. Would be good to see a couple of signings by Monday plus JB on loan and we will push on well away from the bottom.
