| News Comment | Schwartz Flies Over For Talks With Ashton and McKenna at 18:35:23
With all things considered, here is a young ambitious Manager Who has worked a “miracle” @ Portman Road. He will go at some time over the next year or so to fuel his ambition & we can’t stand in his way. My only criticism is the statement that he has a “release” clause of £4m. If another Club wants him whilst still under contract, then let’s make that £10m so that we can recruit another Coach on decent Money & Premiership experience. Let’s hope he stays for one more season. |

Fantastic all the improvements on the ground & facilities. However, I think that this announcement of season ticket holders having to move elsewhere could have been announced at the same time as applications/renewals to forewarn. Additionally, just how long will it be before we can move back to our seats & is there likely to be a price differential in the alternative seats for those tickets already purchased? |

What a farce of refereeing @ Leeds. Ref forgot the rules in disallowing Leicester 2nd goal. Leeds player played him onside. No disrespect but standard of refereeing in this league is sub standard. |

We need a central defender with pace. Taylor needs to be in the team without a doubt. A very creditable performance against a Premier outfit in good hands now with Daniel Farke. They will be thereabouts at the end & still have belief that we could reach the playoffs although a long way off yet. |
| News Comment | Chambers: I Feel Really Comfortable With the Decision I've Made at 11:40:18
No need for that “nomore4”. He carried this Club for many years & through difficult times. You are obviously not a supporter of this great Club if you do not appreciate the value of his efforts. Easy to castigate a player when he’s gone rather than appreciating his efforts as most on this platform recognise. |

We are becoming them victims of our own inflated expectations. We have made some poor signings who look to be only Div 2 standard at best. Oh for Bonne & Norwood up front despite their hang-ups. Could be a time to test an under 21 (Chirewa & Humphreys). They have to be let loose some time. |
| News Comment | Barrow 2-0 Ipswich Town - Half-Time at 21:45:06
Absolute disgrace. These players are not worthy of their Ipswich shirts. I'd rather see the Under 23's showed us their potential. Prima donnas. Put most of them on the transfer list in January.😱 |

Just what value does Morsy actually add to our side. Took his time signing for us & perhaps he can be speedier leaving. Looks totally disinterested. Be brave & drop him. |

Every best wish & prayers for a speedy transplant. One of our greats & look forward to you being back to your best Keiran. |
| News Comment | Ipswich Town 2-5 Bolton Wanderers - Match Report at 22:09:35
No excuses this was an absolute shambles. 20 players out= 19 in of lesser quality. The team should be called “me old mates eleven”. This team in anybody's view is worse than the last 2 years. It's about time we saw through Cook. He totally relied upon Liam Richardson & should be credited with their promotions. Back room staff incl coaches are not fit fit purpose. What now? Ashton has to get real & tough otherwise the Americans will pull the plug. This is not about time but in reality the players are no better than last season. I can't believe that this mess would have been the same if the reigns were handed to Chambers & Skuse. ( or at a push with Chris's Wilder. Play 22 players on Saturday & hope for a draw!! |
| News Comment | Ipswich Town 0-1 Newport County - Match Report at 10:13:41
Poor management. We all realise that the first team need time to gel & what a perfect game to do just that. Sick & tired of hearing “game time” for the rest of the squad. Disrespectful of the Cup & a cop out for a first 11 who can't manage more than 1 game pw. As Season ticket holder for 31 years I feel justified in airing this view. Winning, whatever the game, breeds confidence & boosts morale. If we aren't interested in these games, don't enter & stop belittling this great Club. A 75yr olds “rant over”. Onwards & upwards. |

A fantastic evaluation of what has gone wrong with our Club in recent years. The backbone of any Club is clear leadership, professional & realistic planning, Individuals with professional nouse, accountability with monitored delegation. For too long we have looked at a Club being rudderlessly driven by non-football ability. Hoping to see if Paul Cook's army of assistants can help him to restore the pride & performance in our great Club. |
| News Comment | Town Confirm Chambers and Skuse Exits at 15:01:34
Two model Pro's & blue through & through. Perfect examples to the younger players on how to conduct themselves & showed commitment & loyalty to the Town. Probably won't see the likes of Luke & Cole again (& Freddie if he is off). It's a shame that the Club haven't intimated that they will be given an appropriate send off by way of a dual Testimonial. Should have been offered coaching roles at the Club. Many thanks to both of you for carrying us through the past years through thick & thin & all the very best for the future. |

A true professional who gave his all whatever position he was asked to play. Had Managers played him in his true position he would be staying & scoring without a doubt. How easy is it can be to ruin a skilful & willing TEAM player. Good luck Freddie & hope you enjoy playing in a more settled side for the next couple of years. |

Well another sad night & nail in the coffin of ITFC. We must not forget that we have no divine right to be considered as one of the mighty teams in this division because of our past history. Same applies to Portsmouth & Sunderland. We have to earn the right to be a "big team in the division" & we haven't achieved this for 30 years. Let's hope that PC is the right man for the job & if so give him the time & space to rebuild. Short term fixes just do not work & turn out to be very expensive. Let's hope we can flourish in these final 4 games & give the fans some hope for 2021/2. |
| News Comment | Northampton Town 3-0 Ipswich Town - Match Report at 21:51:11
Simple. Players cannot play & cannot understand Cooks Requirements or system. So, for a change just send them out & say one objective, shoot as many times as possible. Incentive: you will lose 10% of your wages for each unnecessary back pass you make. There are better keepers playing in non league than our clown. It's not just about how far you can kick the ball (routinely to the opposition) it's also about commanding your area. 😩😩 Let's be brave & try a couple of under 23's (Ndaba & Baggott) As for the strikers don't bother . Season tickets prices should be lower for this “dross” Any chance of sprinkling a bit of the Under 18's stardust on the 1st 11? |
