| News Comment | Davis Players' Player of the Year at 09:56:19
Delighted to see Morsy and Davis both take home an award. We weren’t short of options this year but these 2 have been a level above for us this season. |
| News Comment | Rosenior: I Couldn't Be Prouder of My Players at 11:55:07
When the day finally comes that McKenna moves onto a bigger club, I certainly wouldn’t mind Rosenior taking charge of us. I can’t help but admire how he wants his team to play and how well he speaks. Similar to McKenna. |
| News Comment | McKenna: We Take the Positives From the Performance at 00:01:16
After the Leicester and Leeds results a draw isn’t a complete disaster. Still leaves it in our hands. Boro at home is an absolute must win game, quickly followed by a well needed break. |
| News Comment | McKenna: We're Pretty Stretched at 15:18:09
Hopefully this is partly mind games. Could the illness and niggles have played a part in an uncharacteristically flat performance against Norwich? Fingers crossed we have the fighting spirit we were missing on Saturday. |
| News Comment | McKenna: Al-Hamadi Has Earned Our Trust at 17:58:39
It’s clear to see that he’s a bit of a rough diamond but the potential is certainly there to see. Very exciting player for us over many years hopefully. |
| News Comment | McKenna: It Was a Bit of a Wild Game, Wasn't it? at 23:26:01
Hladky, Clarke and Woolfy were half asleep all game. Really bizarre game of football. Rotherham unlucky not to get a point. Lessons to be learned and McKenna is the man to teach them. |
| News Comment | Ipswich Town 4-3 Rotherham United - Match Report at 23:21:39
Very close to being a disaster. The defensive problems are a real issue. Burgess the only one who wasn’t making mistakes all night. That being said at this stage of the season a win is a win. Even sweeter because Rotherham are a bit of a bogey side for us. |
| News Comment | Swansea City 1-2 Ipswich Town - Match Report at 17:45:04
I know Edmundson did well when he came into the side but I think we look so much better with Burgess playing. Man of the match today. Al-Hamadi is on his way to becoming a fans favourite already, would like to see what he can do from the start. |
| News Comment | Williams Remains at Town at 22:00:33
We played our best football when he was fit and firing at right back. Better than a new signing this. |
| News Comment | Town Confirm Al-Hamadi Signing at 18:10:17
I have a friend who supports Wimbledon and he is gutted to lose him. Bags of potential, let’s get behind him. |
| News Comment | Ipswich Town 1-2 Maidstone United - Match Report at 14:59:24
Probably 99 times out of 100 we still win the game despite the changes. Yes it’s embarrassing and disappointing but I’ll have forgotten all about it with a win in the next league game. On another note, will be supporting them in the next round, well done Maidstone. |
| News Comment | Town Targeting Wimbledon Striker Al-Hamadi at 18:01:32
A lot of our transfers come completely out of the blue. I’ll believe it when they hold up a shirt at Portman road. Not opposed to bringing this lad in but surely would be ideal to get a striker with championship experience. FFP playing a big part in this window so we just have to be patient and trust Ashton and McKenna. |
| News Comment | Leicester City 1-1 Ipswich Town - Match Report at 22:33:02
We pick up a huge point away at the best team in the league and some of our fans still choose to single out Jackson. We are a team and it was a poor first half from the TEAM. Anyone who puts on the shirt and gives 100% gets my backing. |
| News Comment | McKenna: Nothing Very Imminent at 18:47:07
As good as Szmodics and Morris are we don’t stand a chance for those kinds of players. Szmodics is Blackburns best player and would be far too much for us and Morris is still a key player for Luton despite not starting games for them recently. It’s likely to be a loan from a prem club. We just have to be patient because the recruitment so far has been exceptional. |
