It's not he has not invested, more that very very little of that has really paid off given how much he's put in. Club has (bar 1 or 2 seasons?) consistently slid down the table / league s now over (20 years?) Most of that when he's in charge, standards have dropped a long way on and off the pitch and most of that will be due to financial or strategic decisions he's ultimately made/ not made that have proven to be the wrong ones or wrong advice. |

Evans remains clueless about the difference between a football fan and a customer one of his many,many other successful businesses. After 10+ years the penny still hasn't dropped. I genuinely appreciate the vast sums Evans has invested in keeping us above water but what's the point if its only a business to you and you treat us like a customer of an event you sell . Evans has got us into this position, he won't get us out of it given what's gone on so far. |

I don't get the opening comment, so what if we're already in decline before Evans took over, he's had NINE years to improve the club and turn it around - how long do you need? Mostly. year after year since his tenure began we've slowly become a weaker club. The CEO's have very little understanding of football and it's all gone wrong from there. Weak leadership. Lambo's recent comments on the clubs disconnect from the fans, town and county are spot-on . We fully deserve to be where we are, a football club is different to business and Evans is now learning this the hard way. |
