Better to sell Connor for £10M and buy a very good centre forward who can feed off Jon and Owen.
Jon struggled last season but then so did whole team. He needs stability like the rest of them and not a different format and playing style each 45 minutes!
Keep hold of Jon and Owen as they work well together providing others do not try and hog the ball for too long. |

Let's hope Owen turns the move down. He is one of the few playmakers with a brain currently in our team. He has the vision to place the ball at the feet of players some distance away - no other team members seem to be able to do this. If he goes and we rely on the long kick physical game Keane seems to want to promote then we are surely doomed - OK so Owen is not the physical type of player Keane builds teams on but there is surely no hope if we build a team based on Sunderland reject players. Roy Keane needs to get real and smell the coffee!!!!! |

Why not rename Ipswich Town Sunderland2? Seems to be the way we are going.
No doubt one of our top playmakers, Owen Garvin, will be released soon in favour of another ex Sunderland player. |
