Young Blues Win at Chippenham
at 16:46:31

Agreed corshamblue, Chippenham proved to be worthy opposition and it was great to see the Town youngsters pushed. Regardless of what was made of this game beforehand, credit must be given to the Bluebirds - they played well and made the game entertaining.

Mings Only Senior Player at Chippenham
at 19:43:16

A little disappointed as I was hoping to see a few first team faces, but it's not going to put me off going. Never seen the U21s before, and they're still a Town team so they'll still get my full support. I will admit, it must be very disappointing for Chippenham fans if they were expecting a game against a team comprising of a mixture of academy and first teamers - that was my understanding of a team fielding an 'XI' side.

Hands Off Our Town!

Agreed: if there was ever a time for Loach to prove his doubters wrong this is it. Hopefully he can fill the gap with ease and our defence can continue its impressive form.

Allardyce's decision isn't bewildering: West Ham's current number 2, Raphael Spiegel, broke his finger in training with the Swiss Under-21's this week.

Collins: Play-Offs Still Possible
at 12:39:05

Look at it from this perspective:

To get to 6th spot history dictates you need 75 points (or thereabouts) after 46 games. We have 26 after 21 so we need to pick up 49 from the remaining 25 games to stand a chance of being up there. That's pretty much 2 points a game, which if we averaged over the whole season, would give us 92 points and put us in the top 2. So the question is, can we reach and then maintain the form of a top two team for the remainder of the season...?
