VanD very well sad. A free for all? Jeez. I am not grumpy but l am old. I’ve been supporting Town for over 55 years, and have had the same season ticket/ seat for 38 years. So l have experienced many high and lows. Met some great people, who have become friends, one it two no longer with us. I suppose as a ITFC Plc shareholde, l coukd get grumpy being told that because of the new share issues, the Plc shareholding is no longer 13%, it’s down to 1%. Also that if there are any dividends these will all go to Gamechanger. Many Town fans as requested by the Ckub bought shares during the time of financial troubles of the 2000s to help raise funds for the Club. Oh well Cest la Vie. |

Just think if we had been able to field a decent replacement for Hirst during that 11 game winless streak. Just say 3 or 4 wins. Lapado was never going to be the answer, and he was shipped out anyway. We eventually got Moore in and we were off again! KMc is wedded to the system and good all around target man is a crucial part of it. Some foresight at the beginning of the season would have helpful. |

Very good performance from all concerned. Very bad news re Burns. Hutch there if Chaplin is available.. Thought Hutch was terrific today, not just the clever bits, but the work rate and mobility first class. Jackson did well, great cross for the goal. Guess he’ll play of Chaplin not back. |

What we have achieved thus far would be considered good for any established Championship side, let alone a new promoted one. However, that should not mean that the players and the manager
should get a free pass when they fail to perform. What kind of mentality is that? Oh never mind, we were poor but heh we’re doing well. Professional sport is not like that. It’s a continual pursuit of excellence. We went off the boil when GH got injured, which doesn’t reflect well on the manager, when the back up, we’ll back up in theory, had bern shipped. In comes Moore and we’re up and running again in terms of results, if not performances. Too many dramatic late goals etc. l would like to see good solid competent performances for the whole game, not these roller coaster dramas. |

Simply can’t handle pressure in periods like that.Remember that similar period against Bristol? Woeful defending, weak mentally. Live by the sword die by the sword my **e.We certainly died today. 1-0 away from home and we concede two in injury. Just like the bad old days when we used to concede late goals on a regular basis. A good controlled competent performance for 90 mins + would be nice. To what extent will that dent our confidence? No that we showed much today. Sick. |

Seems to me that it was a lack of confidence and tension. In the first half. They were playing within themselves, hence the mistakes, losing the individual battles. Those two youngsters Omari and Jeremy are good players from top clubs, and they have that confidence to go for it. They did and gave the rest belief too. Sadly, that seemed to be lacking in some senior players. No excuses but playing without a recognised CF, Morsy and Burgess is bound to have an effect. Decent point all things considered. |
