| News Comment | McKenna: There Will Be Movement Both Ways at 17:46:57
I think we'll keep Panutche. Could be a star next season now fit. Mine to leave: Evans Pigott El Mizouni (loan) Donacian Humphreys (loan) Harness Ball Leigh Hladky I also think we might get a bid for Edmundson |
| News Comment | Ferguson: Nowhere Near Good Enough at 19:01:23
Sounds like the grapes are sour tonight, Fergie! Just like your old man. The far better team wins and you deny it. Good luck reaching the play-offs. |

Sounds like the sort of noises I make upon waking. I've already done several Flekkeroys this morning. Too many ciggies. |
| News Comment | Ipswich Town 0-3 Millwall - Match Report at 17:42:50
I was there today. I thought we looked nervous. Millwall have better game players and I'm not sure about Pigott, he reminded me of Hawkins a bit. My players who have done enough to be picked for next Saturday: Evans was MOM for me, neat, good range of passing. I'd prefer Bonne and Norwood together up front. Young Dobra attacks and looks for the attacking option. We conceded stupid goals from set pieces and we looked a bit lethargic, still it is only pre-season and I'd hope we'd improve once Saturday comes. COYB! |
| News Comment | Edwards Signs for Wigan at 17:52:00
What they want to do and Where they want to go? I bet it's not the same ambition as ours.... |
| News Comment | Colchester Closing in On Chambers at 06:13:51
Good move for him - stays local, links with Skusey, will keep Colchester competitive. Best of luck to Chambo. |
| News Comment | Cambridge Eyeing Bishop at 13:06:11
Dunno why some people have this rose-tinted view of our players. TB is a case in point - he's done nothing with us despite the pant-wetting promise of his career when he was a kid. Don't even want him here as back-up. I just want to see decent box-to-box midfielders who are quick, able to tackle and not constantly out injured, or completely ineffective against the various journeymen, cloggers and wastrels of this league. Same goes for Jackson, Nolan, Edwards and Lankester - players who can't give us what we want, for whatever reason. They're the ones keeping us mid-table League 1. |
| News Comment | Cook: All the Decisions Have Been Made at 17:31:13
To my mind, this spells the end of Jackson, Nolan, Ward, Huws, Holy, Dozzell, possibly Bishop, although I'd keep him personally, Chambers, Skuse, McGavin, possibly Norwood due to his constant injury issues. We'll command fees for Dozzell, Jackson and Nolan. The rest will probably go on a free. I'd expect there to be interest in Dozzell, Jackson, Downes and Nolan. Ward and Holy might be lucky to find new clubs. |
| News Comment | Lambert: I Don't See the Point of the Tournament at 07:16:49
Can't see the point myself. Not on the season ticket, and a tenner is a lot for what is effectively a reserve game. We'd have had better attendances at pre-season friendlies than this charade. Even though there's no league game for 2 weeks, you'd have to be pretty committed to the club to be going. |
| News Comment | Nsiala: Summed-Up Our Season at 06:58:50
Best of an indifferent bunch on Saturday. I just wish his teammates had the same attitude. He's clearly not the same class as a few but at least he puts a shift in and doesn't hide. He and Nolan have come good. |
| News Comment | Loanee Graham Training With Oxford and Set for Town Exit at 15:04:01
Clearly someone who will NEVER be a decent Championship player; his time here summed up Hurst's desperation. I think Oxford might be planning for League 2 if Graham gets Robinson all moist as he clearly does. I'd be worried if I was an Oxford fan (and alternatively, if he IS decent league one standard, I'd be massively optimistic if we did go down). Useless winger, with an attitude problem. Great stuff PH |
| News Comment | McGoldrick Joins Blades at 23:46:18
I had a Subbuteo player like Didz once. His leg was held to the base with pritt stick and a hard 'shot' would snap it like a dry twig. Good luck to the Sheffield United treatment table. And the physio's jar of embrocation. Reckon they'll see more of Didzy than the Blades fans this season. |
| News Comment | Sherwood in Contention for Town Job at 18:57:04
He can't work without money, so that and the ex-scum stuff blows him out the water like an exocet missile on a pedalo. I'd rather Chris Hogg with Burley as DOF |
