No couldn't get away with Hull as well as the other two! SW supporters group is 281 strong now so there are others like me though! |

Driving up from Plymouth tomorrow afternoon. Parking booked at the stadium then driving back the same night! Then heading back to Suffolk on Friday afternoon. It'll be a lot of miles but might just be one of the best weeks ever! |

I think Leicester are the team to gun for now. One win in five. If we get top 2 I think it would be Leeds and us. The similarities with last season are uncanny, and we're a league up looking at similar points totals. Can lightening strike twice? |

It's become a chav-fest. For the handful of interesting acts on other stages, it makes more sense to go see their own gigs for a lot less money. |

Nice write up. Possibly slightly heavy on the Ed Sheeran song titles but I'll let it go! As an Ipswich exile based just outside Plymouth, this is my shortest trip of the season. Taking my daughter in the away end, and my son will be trying to goad a reaction from the Argyle seats next to us. I have a lot of respect for Plymouth as a club. Well run, a plan in place and should stay up this year and build from there. Probably need an expanded stadium to really kick on. What I really don't understand is the continued attempt to create some sort of rivalry with us from some of the Argyle fans. You won the league last year and deserved to do so. Of course we would have liked to have won it but ultimately we just wanted out of league 1 and I can't imagine many at all are bitter about that. It wasn't our fans who called us "the best league 1 team in history" or words to that effect. It was pundits, the media and possibly Cowley at Portsmouth. If Argyle didn't get the coverage they felt they deserved for what they achieved I can understand that, going up against two larger clubs and finishing ahead of them. But again that isn't down to us. We get similar treatment this season being in and around the parachute teams. I would add however that the respective positions of the two teams this year perhaps suggests that these pundits might have had a point. Anyway, enjoy the game - but not too much. I've only seen the last 2 defeats at Home Park so hopefully we get something out of this one. And try to get the message across to your fellow fans that this rivalry is very much one way. We have lots more in common than is different. |

IF the wobble continues in some shape or form then history may well be repeating itself and they are this seasons' Sheffield Wednesday ending up third. That's got to be the dream right although I'd rather they went up than Leeds. |

Not at the top end as a regular starter no but bottom half he would could play and be effective as a first teamer. I'd put him on an ability level with someone like Ladapo - top end league one, bottom end champ but if you had to buy Ladapo or Jackson as a team like Plymouth say, it would be Jackson every day for me. |

He's one of those players every squad needs. Works so hard, follows instructions, does his job, rarely lets anyone down. In reality championship is as far as he goes but will be a sad day when he finally leaves. A wonderful servant to the club. |

I'll be there. A former resident of Leicester for 15 years, I'll be leaving Devon at lunchtime and catching up with some old Leicester friends tomorrow. |

Excellent finish reactions. press etc. Without the poor touch, it's highly unlikely that chance comes about. A different one, possibly. Taking the game overall, if we don't score that goal or a different one, my point is that 1-1 would have been a fairly reflective score line of the game as a whole and I don't think many of is would have been disappointed or felt Watford were lucky with that. |

We were the better team but both sides were tiring. If the mistake from their centre half never happened and it ends 1-1, it wouldn't be like they got a jammy point. they were always in the game. |

I didn't see it as a dig. probably the wrong choice of words but he summed it up well otherwise. Delighted with the win but I doubt any of us would have felt hard done by with a point. End to end game. Not the highest quality but an enjoyable championship match with two sides going for it. |

Hard to judge Walton solely on last night and we shouldn't undervalue match sharpness. That's his first competitive football since the end of last season and his first football match of any kind I assume since early pre-season. I agree Hladky is No.1 currently but give Walton a 2-3 game run and I'd expect to see much improved performances. |

PAFC is a very well run club with a great recruitment strategy. Today, the stadium is too small however stadium expansion/move is very expensive. We've been caught out with this more than once. In an ideal world, 20-22k would probably be about right for you. The problem as I see it is you will need additional investment to increase capacity and increase your budget. However, if you are near your current ceiling, where is the growth for potential investors? The risk seems too high that you lose the manager, get relegated and end up with a larger stadium you can't fill. I think slow and steady growth is the order of the day for a club that size. Keep running it well, become an established Championship side and then who knows? |
