I would keep with a system that seems to be working for us and keep the likes of Jackson and Norwood fit and scoring with the international break.

Would be good for both Huws and Nolan to get 90 minutes also.

And this is what I believe is adding to the problem and has contributed to our downfall.

We have listened and accepted the bull$hit whereas a lot of other football clubs fans would have made their opinions and voices very well heard.

The man isn't interested in the club and has a love for it, to him it's a business and he is not the right man to take us forward.

Who is, I don't know though.

I do agree with all that he has said. He does have the clubs stability at his best interests.

But it still highlights for me that he sees us as a business and he has no true passion for ITFC. We are very much a business to him and we are just part of his portfolio.

I'm not saying for him to splash £10 million on a player, but to me he doesn't have it in him to risk putting in anymore than he does and has his set business targets and amounts.

I hope that his plans do come good but with the way football is going and the money in the top end of the game, I fear that we may be in the position we are for a very long time. The rich clubs will get richer and the money will get more and more ridiculous and we'll be stuck where we are without the money to compete.
