Good lord, everyone loves a moan don't they. You would've thought that now the majority of fans have got what they want (MM is leaving) they would shut up! Instead it's attack our captain, and one of the best captains we've had for a while! You never know our so called supporters might be more positive next season and get behind the team! I'm happy to have a fresh manager coming in next season, but I think people are diluded if they think we will now be challenging for promotion. The new manager will have the same budget. |

At the end of the day all of the decisions on McCarthy are out of the fans hands! So as so called supporters we should be getting behind the team.....that's what fans are supposed to do! I would like McCarthy to stay, as I fear for what might happen if another manager came in on the same budget! |

I think MM gets a lot of unwarranted grief! The guy isn't. Given anymore money to spend but has still done some very good business. Of course I'd like to see us play free flowing football, but with the players and manager we have that's not going to happen. Marcus Evans is the issue, he either needs to invest properly and go for promotion or sell to someone who will. On the current budget I don't think any other manager would do any better. |
