Have to say that it is quite saddening to see too many people on here slagging off each others platforms. - We all have opinions and some posts and comments are better than others. We are all Town fans at the end of the day. So stop the childness and trolling ffs! TWTD loyalists if you want to back up your views get on Talking Town and air them live for debate??? If not don't go on there and come back here slagging individuals on TT. Just stay off that platform! There are plenty of cretins on TWTD also!!!
Lol were the south side we're the south side - TBH i was born at Gunton St Peters on the North Side but been living on the south side for about 9 years. Despite some of the negative comments Lowestoft is a lovely place to live .

The only part of the South Side to stay away from is London Road South from the Drifter down to the Bridge, especially near KFC. Other than that you will be fine :) The South side of the town probably is a bit more open spaced than the North Side of the town and the Sea Front is definitely better on the South Side.

Generally an emotional day today, lucky to have grown up listening to the radio on our away trips in Europe as a kid and going to games since I was 6., it really feels like we are getting our club back today. I am sure when the owners visit next season, they will see just how fantastic Portman road is when our fans create that atmosphere. We can finally look forward to a brighter future and falling in love with going to football again. A very happy 53 year old and chuffed that the younger fans will be able to enjoy some good years ahead :) COYB :)
