Not the best Ipswich performance but certainly not the worst. Had the lions share of the game and did everything but score the second goal, just one of those days. We just need to have that little bit more composure in the final third and we will be ripping teams apart. Cheltenham only seemed to have one attack on goal and it went in, other than that offered nothing going forward. Just one if those days for the town. Still, compared to the dross we've had to endure in previous seasons I'll take today's effort any day! I think we'll win more than we lose playing like that. COYB! |

A good performance by town. Thought we deserved to win that one, we were the better team (as we normally are to be fair). Nice to finally have a team that didn't play 10 men behind the ball! Thought the back line was pretty solid tonight and kept Derby to few chances and good to see Burns being a bit more effective going forward. A hard fought win against a good side and great to finally get the sky hoodoo off our backs. John-Jules and Jackson we're pretty effective tonight as well (apart from the penalty!). COYB! |

Spent 70 minutes knocking on the door without much coming back from Cambridge. Last season we might have struggled but not this season, Kieran pops on the super subs and we go up a gear. Great atmosphere tonight, good contributions all over the pitch and some cameo appearances from the subs, especially Kyle Edwards. Can't wait to watch his goals back, from the north stand they both looked like worldies! Another bogie off our backs and good competition for places all over the park. In Kieran we finally have a manager that we can compare to the Ipswich greats and a board of directors that appear to know a little bit about football! The futures bright, the futures blue and white! COYB! |
