It'll be tough for Jack to break into the 1st XI on the basis of what we have already. Dids is just sheer quality, Murphy is our perfect target man, Nouble is continuing to impress & improve under the guidance of TC & finally Taylor seems to of come back a new man with an entirely different attitude which clearly & obviously MM is delighted about.
I'd love to see Jack play more this season, however, sending him out on loan to a League One team would much more beneficial for both him & the club I feel.
If he can replicate what he did for Woking in League One, he & us will be onto a winner.
I feel McQueen would benefit from a loan spell similar to Jacks at Woking this season also, again if he performs to the same level, it can only be a good thing for both him & us long term. |

This is great news, absolutely outstanding news Infact. This proves further more how much the board are backing MM, TC & the Club.
I think Eagles would be a good signing. Definitely would give Anderson good competition down the Right flank.
More importantly I think, as I've said before on more than one occasion, we really need another creative midfielder to play along Skuse and also give Wordsworth healthy competition in the middle of the park.
Another RB would be ideal, not the most important, but definitely needed to an extent. |

A good keeper, I certainly wouldn't moan if he where to return, but from my own personal point of view I'd prefer it a perminant signing than a loan.
I'm still hopeful of the Bialkowski signing, so many Notts County fans have had nothing but great things to say about him. Clearly Webster rates him too. A great addition if we can make it happen. Good healthy competition for the no.1 jersey for Gerks.

There's no way this'll. Nothing of either of these deals makes any sense whatsoever!
Parr wants & probably will sign for us come Monday & Mings will provide perfect competition / cover for him.
£1m on an 'un-proven' & fairly unknown player when Parr is not only available but publicly made his desire known that Ipswich is his preferred choice of club is just silly.
The money will be spent much more wisely should MM be given the freedom to spend, which we fully expect. |

I dont think any fan can accuse Mr Evans of being 'frugal' ..... His £80m has saved our club from the depths of the lower Leagues.
I'd be great to see some of the Cresswell fee used to strengthen the squad, especially the CM area, we're all crying out for a Play-making Midfielder, even a season long loan of Williams would be satisfying.
I don't really understand why Stewart is pursuing compensation over his Leeds Utd move collapsing, surely it'll just bring unneeded 'off field' problems. No sooner had it collapsed, he had us & lost nothing I'm assuming.
Can't see MM nor TC being to impressed by this, if it's true of course. |
