One poor result doesn't warrant widespread changes. That approach destroys confidence.
It was a poor day at the office, nothing more. Onwards and upwards.
Bart lost his father not so long ago. He's probably not in the best head space right now hence McCarthy opting for Gerken.
Always amuses me how last week we were invincible and everyone loved Mick and suddenly, on the back of a bad game, the club has been thrust back into the dark ages.

Regardless of our league position at the end of the season, McCarthy has worked miracles. He has spent (whether intentionally or as a result of there being no cash available) next to nothing. Instead, he (and TC) have nurtured the current squad and created a decent team, capable of beating anyone else in this league but equally capable of having a "bad day". I take my hat off to you MM and pay homage for the fact that you have brought pride back to this great club. My only request is that we see a little more of players like Stewart and Bishop, who are not afraid to run at the opposition. Up the town and long live MM! |

The arbitrator has no jurisdiction on the agreement allegedly reached between ITFC and IBC. He / she is there to decide what the market rent should be and nothing more.
If Town wanted to pursue the agreement not to charge back dated rent issue, they would need to bring a separate estoppel claim against the council. |

The arbitrator has no jurisdiction over the alleged agreement between Town and IBC that back dated rent would not be payable / collected. ITFC would now have to issue a separate estoppel claim alleging that the back dated rent is not payable because of the agreement reached between the parties. |

The rent review clause in the lease will provide for back dating of the uplift to the date of review - its standard. And its almost impossible (in reality) to appeal an arbitrator's award. Sadly, town are stuck with it. |
