The standard of officiating in this country is no worse than any of the other European leagues (maybe discounting Bundesliga). Forest are just pandering to the 'football twitter world' with this tweet. They are where they are because they are sh!te, not because of the referees. |

I felt really deflated after our game, and I still do. I understand that we're 2 points clear in first, but had we got even 3 points from these past two games, we would have been 3 points ahead of Leeds which would have afforded us one draw and two wins from our last 3 games. Instead, because of our goal difference, if we were to draw even one of our away games and Leeds win, we would find ourselves below Leeds on goal difference. Add to this, we now need to worry about Southampton too. We've got two really difficult away games coming up and our away form and performances have been poor of late, we will probably need at least 4 points from those two.
Yes, I understand Leicester and Leeds fans will be saying the exact same, but I support ipswich and not them. |

I really hope this doesn't come back to bite me, but I think Watford are a near perfect opponent for us to be playing tomorrow. They have good individual players but they are extremely inconsistent, plus they don't have anything to play for. They also play wide open football, and that can only benefit us at Portman Road. I'd much rather be playing Watford tomorrow than a Millwall who would stick 11 men behind the ball and no doubt score with a set-piece/corner.
I thought they were excellent against Leeds but they tired badly early in the second-half, and looks like the same happened against West Brom. I've got a feeling we will win this 3-0 - 1-0 heading into HT with two goals added between 70-90mins |

Both Chaplin and Broadhead have struggled away from home. This is where we really miss Hirst imo, he helped knit the play together. Broadhead for me is the bigger concern, he's either great or he's anonymous. To be fair to Chaplin, even when he is having a quiet game, he's still getting into really good shooting positions, although his finishing has been off recently.
With two home games coming up, the hope is both of them can get some goals to build up their confidence ahead of the last two tough away games. |

Might not mean too much, but just watching 'Town in Five Added Time' and you can see Burns going absolutely mental at 10:34 jumping up and down. He may have just been caught up in all the emotion, but it's given me some hope he might be back with us sooner than expected, fingers crossed.

I initially thought it was a penalty, but having giving it some more thought, Gordon is the one who has committed the foul. The only reason why the penalty was given was because Gordon went down and Phillips didn't. |

We deeply apologise for the audio syncing issue that has affected your viewing experience. We really value any feedback which will help us to improve TownTV so thank you for taking the time to let us know.
Though the issue was being looked into and adjusted during Saturday's game, we have flagged this up as something that urgently needs addressing and completely understand that this is something we must get right from the start.
We will continue to work with our production team on these essential improvements and will monitor this during every stream to bring the best viewing experience to our supporters.

It's getting really frustrating now and as you've said, it's happened for about 6 games so far this season, which is unacceptable. Would very rarely happen when we were using iFollow, but even when it did happen (Barnsley away) it would get sorted during the game. Considering we're spending a lot more on TownTV subscription, you'd like to think if iFollow can sort it then so can they. |

And like others have mentioned, may well be worth contacting the MD/CEO. At my previous job, we had an 'exec' Complaints team, basically anyone who emailed the CEO/MD would have their complaint investigated by that team within 24 hours (as opposed to the 12 days it took for 'normal' complaints). They were told to treat the complaints the exact same way as the others, but in reality the complaints were dealt with a lot faster and a lot more compensation was awarded. |

If it's insurance, you can escalate it with the Financial Ombudsman, but you will first need to raise an official complaint with the insurer who will then have up to 8 weeks to provide you with a resolution. If you don't agree with their resolution (compensation, for example), you need to ask for a 'final resolutions letter' which will allow you to escalate with the Ombudsman.
The escalations process can take quite some time though, looking at 6-8 months. Might be worth telling the insurer that you're planning to escalate to Ombudsman unless they get their act together; each case escalated to the Ombudsman costs the insurer £750.00. |
